Kristen attended Hiram College majoring in Biomedical Humanities. She completed her MN and MSN at Case Western Reserve University, France Payne Bolton School of Nursing. Kristen practiced for 3 years on a cardiac step-down unit. As an NP, she worked in internal medicine at an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital, infectious disease in acute care setting, and in a skilled nursing facility.
Kristen Duffy, BA, MN, MSN, ANP, GNP is passionate about providing evidence-based, patient-centered care to people who are in need. She believes in providing people with the appropriate tools to make them successful in their everyday living. She approaches care to people as a team, which includes the patient, MAs, RNs, the health care provider and any consultants that are needed. The provider-patient relationship is extremely important to Kristen, requiring open communication and mutual trust.
In her spare time, Kristen enjoys playing outside hiking, backpacking, camping, skiing, biking, running, or paddle boarding. She also enjoys dancing, listening to live music, traveling abroad, learning new cultures and spending time with her friends and family. She is always trying out new sports and looking for new adventures.
Dr. Christine Ebert-Santos graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School in 1977. She did her pediatric training at the University of Hawaii and the University of Chicago. She spent 20 years providing complete pediatric care to the people of Saipan in the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands before moving to Frisco, Colorado with her four children and husband. She has over 30 years of experience caring for children, and has been providing pediatric care in Summit and its surrounding counties for over 10 years.

Tara is a New Jersey native who moved to Summit County Colorado in the year 2005. Tara brings a wealth of experience with 16 years of critical care nursing including adult open heart surgery, trauma, neurosurgery, burn, and pediatric intensive care in Denver. Tara obtained her undergraduate degree in Nursing at the University of Wyoming and obtained her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus. She loves the transition from critical care into the family practice setting and caring for the whole family.
